This email is sent out **monthly** to help make sure the right statements get to the right people, Our system runs a report for each client church or organization that identifies email addresses associated with contributions for the current year that are listed in more than one household. Recipients are asked to review the provided list and take actions such as: - **Removing an email address** from a person's profile if it does not belong to them. - **Moving family members** into the correct household if they are currently split into separate households. - **Merging duplicate records** if the same person exists as a duplicate in the account. This email with detailed instructions is sent to these three email addresses: 1. **Org Contact Email -** Settings \> Account,  2. **Member Updates Email** - Settings \> Notifications. 3. **Online Giving recurring notification email** -
