How do I see weekly attendance / absence? What is the missing person's report?
Here are a couple of ways to see weekly attendance data.
1. Go to Reports > New > Groups and select the Attendance by Member Consistency report. On the report building page, choose the date or date range for the report in the green Options column on the left.
In the center Filters column, Click the Groups filter bar, then Group Involvement, then select People in a group, and choose the specific group(s) or Ministry that you want to be included in the report (using the Groups or Ministry dropdown menu). Then run the report.
2. Another way is to see attendance data is through the Missing Persons report. Go to Reports > New > Groups, and select the Missing Persons Report. On the report building page, choose the date or date range for the report in the Options column on the left. Also, select the number of weeks missed. For example, if you want to only show people who have missed 2 weeks or more, select 2.
For the Missing Persons report, use the Options column to select the Group(s) or Ministry you want to be included in the report.
The missing person report shows you the number of times people missed consecutively over a certain time frame and the number of times they actually attended. The idea here is to help you identify broader attendance trends.
