How do I see weekly attendance / absence? What is the missing person's report?
Here are a couple of ways to see weekly attendance.
1. Click reports button then groups and choose the 'Attendance by Member Consistency" report. Then choose the date or date range you want. That will open up the filters section. Click on groups then group involvement then people in a group and choose the 10:30 service group. Then run the report.
2. Another way is to choose reports then members and select member listing. Then under filters select groups Group involvement / people in groups / 10:30 service AND scroll down to find and click attendance filters to choose a date or date range that people did NOT attend.
The missing person report shows you the number of times people missed consecutively over a certain time frame and the number of times they actually attended. The idea there is to help you identify broader attendance trends. Be sure to select the group or group type in the green column of the groups you want to see attendance information on. Then, choose the same group or group type in the filters column under groups then group involvement. This will limit it just to people who are part of that group or group type.
