Recurring donations can be edited or canceled by the donor or a financial admin
A donor may edit his/her recurring contribution after logging into their online giving account/using the Churchteams Member App.
In the account, under Giving, all recurring donation orders are listed. Using the Edit icons, a donor may edit the amount or the fund designation.
*This only affects future transactions in the order, not previous donations.
To cancel the recurring donation, scroll the screen to the right and click the trash/delete icon.
Staff logged in at the financial admin level also have access to edit recurring donations. Edits to a recurring donation order will only affect donations for future dates, not previous transactions.
To edit a recurring donation from the financial admin level, go to the donor's Member Profile. Click the "More Info..." bar, then Contributions. From the Contributions page, click the "Online Account" button.
The recurring donations will be displayed on the Online Account page. Use the Edit icons to edit the amount or fund designation.
Note that you can also cancel the recurring donation for the donor by clicking the delete/trash icon to the far right of the donation details.
