How to export Group Participants data from The City
As a group administrator, you have the ability to export CSV files of all the online or offline users from any group. The export file this process creates contains most data associated with the users in your City. This makes it helpful in situations that require you to have a complete list of personal information for the people of your church.
To create a CSV list of active group participants (online users)
- In the admin panel, expand the Admin
- Click Groups.
- Using either the Tree Viewor the Search for a group field, find the group you want to edit.
- Click View Participants.
- Under the Participant Reportssection, click Export Active and Inactive Participants to CSV.
- At the bottom of the report queue, click Refresh.
