      Installing the Churchteams Member App

      A quick how-to video for installing the App on Android or iPhone

      The Churchteams Member App is a Progressive Web App, so it isn't available for purchase in the App or Google Play stores.  Instead, staff should invite people to access the App, and from there, anyone can install it on their Apple or Android device.

      Step 1 is for staff to push out an invitation to the App.  The easiest way to invite an individual to access the App is to go to their Member Profile and use the "Invite to Update" button.  Check out this tutorial for other ways to give access and info on mass inviting everyone to get the App.

       

      Installing the App

      Once someone is given access to the App, Step 2 is to install the App.  Here's a quick video for installing the App on an Apple and an Android phone. 

      It's important to note that the login credentials should be the email address and password that you used when you set up your online giving account.  If you do not currently have an online giving account set up, click the "Forgot Password" button on the login screen.
