Label printer: The labels are printing the wrong direction.

Generally this problem occurs for churches using a Zebra printer.  These printers consider Landscape the default rather than Portrait like most other printers.  To correct this, be sure you are logged into your computer as an Administrator.  If not, get access from your IT staff to be able to change and then save these settings.

Go into Control Panel and right-click on the Zebra printer and first select “Printing Preference” which will bring up the image on the left. Use the default settings for everything but be sure to select Portrait for the orientation. Click OK and then right-click again on the printer and select “Printer Properties” and then click the “Printers Settings” tab which is shown in the image on the right. Be sure that the “Override Application Default Settings” is checked “Always use drivers settings”.
