      Label printer: The logo isn't printing on the label

      Logos are actually background images when printed on the labels and by default Internet Explorer and Firefox don't print background images. To change that go to the File menu (hit ALT-F if it's not visible) and click Page Setup.  Then check the box for printing background colors/images and click OK. This is step 7 on the Internet Explorer instructions and step 2 on the Firefox instructions.
