Default browsers on some smart devices may block some websites.

The error is likely the default browser that is causing the website to be blocked. This is typically the case if you are using an Android device.  Try instead to use another browser such as Google Chrome to open the link.  Simply copy the link and paste it into a Chrome browser on your device.  You may wish to make Chrome your default browser.
