We get a "Timed Out" message from the link on our website.
When you copy or build and copy a link in link builder be sure to paste that link directly on your website. Often people want to check the link to make sure it works, then when they see it works they recopy it from their browser. The problem is that the browser changes the original link to hide the login information. So the link you are copying is different from the original link and will result in a "Timed out" message when you try to use it in another browser or after you log out of the session in your current browser.
It's okay to check the link that you get from Churchteams, just don't recopy it before you paste onto your website.
Registration links created after 2018 no longer have this limitation. (updated 3/10/2020)
