Why do some meeting reports have last attendance and phone numbers and others don't?

Depends on if the report is emailed to just the leader or the whole group.

When group leaders click on the link to do attendance for their small group.  If they send the report to the entire group, then the emailed report does not have last attendance and phone numbers for those who missed.

If they send it just to the group leader, it will include the last attendance date and phone number for those who missed.  This was added for convenience for group leaders to easily call or text those that missed.
